本研究では、タイでよくみられる齧歯目の一種であるMaxomys suriferをタイ各地からサンプリングし遺伝的基盤を調べて、タイ本土からマレー半島にかけての南北地理構造（クラ地峡）が遺伝的多様性にどのように寄与しているか議論しました。
